3. User Registration and Accounts

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partially used billing periods.

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

6. User Content

6.1 Ownership

You retain all rights to the images you upload to our Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze your images for the purpose of providing our Service.

6.2 Content Responsibility

You are responsible for the content you upload and must ensure you have the necessary rights to share such content. You must not upload content that infringes third-party rights or that is illegal, offensive, or inappropriate.

7. Information Accuracy

7.1 Nature of Service

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to provide plant identifications and recommendations. While we strive to provide accurate information, we cannot guarantee the complete accuracy of all identifications and recommendations.

7.2 Use of Information

7.3 Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any damage that may result from the use of information provided by our Service, including but not limited to plant damage, economic losses, or health problems.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and ceasing to use the Service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Valencia Advertising SL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use.

Our total liability to you for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the Service in the 12 months prior to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Valencia Advertising SL from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes related to these Terms will be resolved in the competent courts of Valencia, Spain.

14. Changes to Terms
